Application Form
To register your son or daughter for our for a Young Driver course, please contact us to make sure the date you require is available, and then download and complete the application form, and send it completed along with a cheque made payable to Leicestershire County Council to the address on the contact page.
The course costs £20 for residents of Leicestershire County, although the course is also open to Leicester city and Rutland residents (please get in touch to check availability and costs if this applies and you are interested in attending).
Please remember to complete the consent form for drivers under 18. The consent form is on page 3 of the application form or can be downloaded consent form.
